From start-up ventures to Fortune 100 companies, she has extensive experience driving process improvement that eliminates inefficiencies with the ultimate goals of reducing costs, increasing revenue, and improving the customer experience. For example, under her leadership, a $1.2B organization realized a 15% reduction in expenses, significant increases in revenue year-over-year, all the while achieving all-time highs in customer satisfaction survey results.
